Soil testing and sub-soil investigation for bridge and road foundations
FAR Infrastructures carries out soil testing and prepares Sub-Soil Investigation (SSI) reports for road and bridge projects. Because SSI is part of our own DPR work, the soil data goes straight into foundation design.

Common questions
How deep do your soil investigations go?
For PMGSY bridges we have carried out SSI up to 25 m depth, with two boreholes per bridge. Depth depends on the structure and the ground.
Can you do SSI on its own, without a DPR?
Yes. Send us the site details and the structure type, and we will propose a scope.
